What is Backpack XX+?
This workshop is aimed at students and professionals in film, audiovisual communication, and related fields who have some knowledge of camera and audiovisual language. Participants must bring their own equipment (any device capable of recording audio and video).

What is Backpack XX+?
Audiovisual Director, Sound Designer, and university professor. Director of the feature film BRUMA, winner of the Documentary Production Incentive from the Ministry of Culture of Peru (2018) and the IDFA Bertha Fund Classic Selection in the Netherlands. He won the Best Documentary Award at the 2022 Pecheurs du Monde Festival (France). The documentary was in competition at the Biarritz Latin American Festival (2022), DOCSMX 2021, and DOCSJalisco 2021.
What is Backpack XX+?
She earned a Master's degree in Art from Kyoto University of the Arts, Japan. After completing her studies, she returned to Peru where she joined DOCUPERU, a non-profit association dedicated to the production and professional teaching of community-based and participatory documentary films. In 2019, she was awarded the National Award for the Development of Documentary Feature Films for her project, A Woman Called Cristina.

Producer and documentary filmmaker trained in Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Peru, and Spain. Producer of Kinra, the feature film winner of the 2023 Mar del Plata Film Festival and the feature film Nanito. Director of El TikTok de Ale, winner of the 2020 Peruvian National Short Film Competition. Director of the documentary Mercado. Founder of Yapa Films and member of DOCUPERU. He holds a Master's degree in Documentary Film from ESCAC and a Master's degree in Intellectual and Industrial Property from UNIR.
What is Backpack XX+?
Experimental filmmaker and documentarian. Her work intersects independent film, pedagogy, cultural management, and collaborative processes in Peru, France, and Latin America. In 2024, she created Estudios de la Memoria (Memory Studies), a series of experimental short films on archives, memory, and resistance. Her first film, Contra la Dictadura (Against the Dictatorship), was screened at Figura Retórica (DR) and Lima Docs (Peru). She is the co-founder of Llamas en Llamas, a Paris-based collective dedicated to promoting Peruvian and Latin American cinema, a professor at PUCP, and a member of DOCUPERU.
